Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RunIta1, an AI automation platform operated by Jordan Plaschewsky ("we", "us", "our"), based in Alberta, Canada. By creating an account or using RunIta1, you agree to these Terms.
1. What RunItA1 Is
RunIta1 is an AI phone receptionist SaaS (software as a service) that helps small businesses automate their phone answering, email replies, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. The platform is operated by Jordan Plaschewsky, Alberta, Canada.
2. Eligibility
RunIta1 is available to Canadian businesses only. To use RunIta1, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you are registering • Operate a business that complies with applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Services Provided
RunIta1 provides the following services depending on your subscription plan: • AI phone receptionist — answers inbound calls 24/7 on behalf of your business • Email auto-reply — automatically replies to inbound customer emails • Appointment scheduling — books appointments directly to your calendar • Follow-up automation — sends texts or makes calls to follow up with missed callers • Weekly performance reports — delivered to your email summarizing call and engagement activity Specific features available to you depend on your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Full Stack).
5. Payment Terms
RunIta1 operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Current plans (prices in Canadian dollars, CAD): • Starter — $197/month • Pro — $397/month • Full Stack — $597/month Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, you will have 3 days to update your payment method before service is suspended. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions, including partial months. Following cancellation, your data (call logs, email records, configurations) is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request an earlier deletion by contacting jordan@runita1.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RunIta1 to: • Conduct or facilitate any illegal activity • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications • Misrepresent your identity or business to callers or customers • Deliberately mislead customers using the AI • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the platform • Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial law We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
8. Call Recording Notice
Under provincial recording laws in Alberta and across Canada, businesses are responsible for informing callers that their calls may be recorded. RunIta1 automatically includes a recording notice at the start of every AI-handled call: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes." By using RunIta1, you confirm that this disclosure is sufficient for your use case and jurisdiction. If you have specific legal requirements, consult a lawyer.
9. Our Responsibilities
We commit to: • Targeting 99% monthly uptime for the AI phone answering service • Responding to support requests within the following timeframes: — Full Stack plan: same business day — Pro plan: within 2 business days — Starter plan: within 3 business days • Email support: jordan@runita1.com Uptime targets are goals, not guarantees. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Bland.ai, Twilio, Supabase, etc.) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Keeping your business information accurate and up to date in your RunIta1 configuration • Ensuring call forwarding to your RunIta1 number is correctly set up and maintained • Complying with all applicable laws, including CASL, PIPEDA, and provincial privacy legislation • Ensuring your use of RunIta1 does not violate any obligations you have to your customers or third parties
11. Intellectual Property
RunIta1 owns all rights to the platform, software, AI systems, workflows, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of RunIta1's intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your business data — including customer information, call logs, and configurations — that you input into the platform. By using RunIta1, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunIta1's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. RunIta1 is not liable for: • Missed calls, lost business, or lost revenue • Failures or outages of third-party services (including Twilio, Bland.ai, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, or Google) • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
13. Termination
RunIta1 may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. We will provide at least 24 hours notice before termination except where we reasonably believe immediate termination is necessary to prevent harm. Upon termination, access to the platform is immediately revoked. Your data is retained for 30 days following termination and then deleted.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email to the address on your account. Continued use of RunIta1 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
