1. What RunIta1 Provides
RunIta1 provides an AI-assisted communication platform including: AI phone reception (via Bland.ai), email auto-reply, and appointment scheduling. The platform is configured by RunIta1 on behalf of subscribing businesses ("clients").
2. What RunIta1 Does Not Provide
RunIta1 is a communication tool. It does not: provide legal, financial, or medical advice; guarantee specific business outcomes; replace human judgment for complex decisions; guarantee 100% uptime or zero errors from AI responses.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: • Ensuring their customers are informed that AI may handle communications • Reviewing escalated communications promptly • Providing accurate business information for AI configuration • Ensuring their use of RunIta1 complies with applicable laws including CASL and PIPEDA • Notifying RunIta1 of changes to services, pricing, or business hours promptly
4. Limitation of Liability
RunIta1 provides an AI-assisted communication tool. Responses generated by the AI are for informational purposes only. RunIta1 is not liable for: • Errors in AI-generated responses • Missed escalations • Business losses resulting from AI communication • Downtime of third-party services (Bland.ai, Twilio, Cal.com, etc.) In all cases, RunIta1's liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 3 months of service.
5. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use RunIta1 to: • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) • Harass, threaten, or deceive end customers • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Attempt to circumvent CASL, PIPEDA, or PIPA obligations • Process sensitive personal data (health, financial) without appropriate consent
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions are month-to-month. Clients may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. On cancellation, client data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days then deleted.
7. Changes to Terms
RunIta1 may update these terms. Clients will be notified by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
